I have been involved in the art of ceramic sculpture for over 30 years.  Having had little success throwing bowls on the pottery wheel, I exercised my passion for clay through the hand- building process. My ability to visualize in three-dimension, I believe is enhanced by my training as a dentist.  Visually, I love organic colors and textures, warm tones with a pop of color.  I love the sense of asian balance in sculpture and at the same time appreciate a bit of whimsy.  I have created a series entitled "Women of Significance"  wonderfully voluptuous figures, full of delight  and empowerment.  ENJOY!!!
