Sculpture

Howard attended the Paier School of Art in Hamden, Connecticut and had exhibited there before relocating to the Cleveland area in early 1970's. For the past 30 years, Howard has been designing and building decorations, signs and sets for the special events industry and presently works for Party411.com, a web site devoted to party planning and decorating. Howard is  both an exhibiting artist and owner/partner in Pennello Gallery. Over the course of Howard’s career he has worked in a wide variety styles and mediums including traditional painting from representational to abstract, serigraphy, and sculpture.
